On the first night in the West Country, bossy Tam and her husband Stuart's evening of local cuisine impresses some of their guests. On day two Ian, Phil and their houseboat take centre stage, with all the guests excited to get on board - particularly Tam and Stuart, who get to grips with the boat's horn.
