Three Birmingham couples compete to host the best dinner party and win a cash prize. Amanda and her husband Anthony kick off the competition with an ambitious menu, before it's the turn of festival lover Oli and his girlfriend LC, who prepare a vegetarian menu for their guests. However, their evening is tainted by Anthony, who upsets several of the guests with an untoward remark.
