Phones enlists aboard a sailing vessel, becoming part of the ship's crew. Following a head injury, the captain becomes convinced he has been transported back to the era of tall ships and immediately, in his delusion, brands the entire crew as mutineers.

Set Sail for Adventure is a programme presented in the form of an episode. It follows a maritime narrative centred on a sailing vessel and the people who work aboard it, offering a glimpse into life at sea. The story begins when Phones becomes a member of the ship’s crew. He steps aboard the vessel and takes his place among the sailors, ready to share in the duties and challenges that come with life on a sailing ship. Soon after, the captain suffers a head injury. The blow leaves him convinced that he has been transported back to the era of tall‑ship sailing, and he becomes convinced that the crew are plotting a mutiny against him. His belief in this imagined past fuels his suspicion and leads him to openly accuse the men under his command of treason. These accusations generate a palpable sense of unease on board. The crew must contend not only with the ordinary rigours of sailing but also with the captain’s misguided conviction that they are attempting to overthrow him, creating a tense atmosphere that drives the episode’s action.
