Gordon Ramsay tries to help the owners of Grumpy George, an English pub located in Georgetown, Texas. The pub is owned by Karen and her husband Christian, who admit that they have little idea how to run a restaurant. Chef Michael has complete control of the kitchen and the menu, but his area of expertise is Puerto Rican food and he thinks that British cuisine is bland. As a result, the restaurant lacks a quintessential 'British' identity and money is getting tighter by the day
