Gordon Ramsay applies his gastronomic and business acumen to Simmer Down Cafe in Georgetown, Texas, whose owner Chris Marino wishes to attract a younger, richer clientele. Chris has asked his brother Albert to come out of retirement to help with the business, but struggles with the notion that things can function properly without his presence
