The first hosts in Birmingham and Wolverhampton, chef Adian and his fiancée, front of house manager Eloise, hope to showcase their Caribbean/Asian fusion menu at Adian's Dining. But when some of their fellow foodies are vocal about what they do, it leaves others nervous about what's to come. On the second day, birthday boy Kieran and chef Brandy show off their culinary skills with a pop-up Caribbean bagel fest at Smoking Bagels. But have they set the standard when it comes to honest feedback? The last hosts, Simon and Fiona, treat their guests to a Wild West extravaganza at their American BBQ-themed restaurant, Rodeos
