The baggage boys fear for their jobs when the auditors come calling

The airline auditors pay a surprise visit to Leeds Bradford airport, which leaves baggage boys Jimmy and Michael in fear for their jobs when they manage to lose a piece of luggage. Duty manager Nathan has to deal with a flood in the toilets next to an executive departure lounge, and new recruit Gabby faces a trial by fire at the Departure Gate. She has to tell the members of an irate family that they will not be sitting together on their flight to Palma, and struggles to control the ensuing confrontation
