Toy restorers Julie Tatchell and Amanda Middleditch greet Deborah Aloba, who has brought Lulu, a fragile African-Caribbean doll, to be fixed. Lulu's head has had to be taped to her body, her red dress is ripped, and her face is chipped and scratched. A pair of RAF dress boots and a ring crafted from steel by a German prisoner of war are also restored. Presented by Jay Blades
