The ultimate aim is to amass enough funds during the earlier rounds to give the team a realistic chance of success in the final chase. Throughout the broadcast, Walsh provides commentary, explains the rules and keeps the pace brisk. By the end of the episode, the accumulated jackpot reflects the contestants’ collective effort, and the final chase decides whether the money is secured or lost.
