In this final edition, cameras follow Wez in St Marys on the Isles of Scilly, who's come up with a unique event - a 60-kilometre race around all five islands in just one day. The programme also takes a look at the island of Piel, which is just off the coast of northwest England, as well as a natural nature reserve on Bardsey Island in Wales
