The presenter travels to Mersea Island in Essex to help a family of six who are drowning in clutter and in need of a cut-price makeover. Dad Lee, along with grown-up sons Ben and Jake, run a house-clearance business. However, instead of disposing of items or selling them on, Lee brings bits back to the family home just in case he might need them. To make matters worse, mum Joanne and twin daughters Amy and Annabel have a passion for charity shop clothes. Nick's team transfers all the family's possessions to a village hall before embarking on that makeover
