The team is called to investigate the discovery of a US Marine's body at the foot of a cliff. Gibbs immediately suspects the man's ex-wife and his best friend are guilty of murder, and tries to turn them against each other. Meanwhile, Abby puts her technical skills to the test by trying to repair a camera that was broken during the victim's fall
