An agent is found dead outside a polling station

On voting day Crabtree and Brackenreid find a dead man on the street, who it transpires was an agent tasked with tracking a German spy suspected of infiltrating Canada's armament industry. Murdoch is convinced the killer came from inside a nearby polling station, but he also suspects he isn't being passed all the requisite facts.
