AJ Odudu and Vernon Kay host as 10 amateur designers go head to head in a competition to win a coveted dream job as a junior fashion designer for high street giant M&S. Over six episodes, the competitors will be tested on their design, problem-solving, commerciality and collaboration skills and judged by a panel of senior leaders at the company alongside a rotation of celebrity guests and designers.
