The team are in Corby, Northamptonshire, to complete a build for Jackie and Colin Hutchison and their three children. The eldest, Jordan, has cerebral palsy and epilepsy - but this has not stopped him raising huge sums of money for charity. However, he and his family are currently living with his grandmother after a after a series of building issues left them without the money to complete their own home renovation.
