Freddie Flintoff is joined by three pairs of contestants each made up of a keen darts player (the 'thrower') and their partner (the 'knower'). The teams compete against each other, combining their skills at throwing darts at different game boards while answering questions correctly for points and prizes under the watchful eye of official scorer Richard Ashdown. Freddie is also joined by former world champion Michael van Gerwen, as they combine to complete a charity challenge
