On the last day of term before Christmas, drama teacher Stephen stages his own funeral to hear what the school really think of him as he prepares to leave for a new job in a pantomime - but is shocked to encounter the ghost of Alfie Wickers. Hoping it will make Stephen care about teaching more than he ever did, Alfie tells Stephen he will be visited by three ghosts to show him the error of his ways but his happiness depends on the lessons he learns that night and the decision he has to make about his career at Abbey Grove. Jack Whitehall returns for a festive musical-themed episode, with Layton Williams and Charlie Wernham
