The series begins in WWII. As Japan shocks the world with the speed of its advance, the Allies scramble to halt what seems to be an unstoppable force.

We explore Konfrontasi, a conflict between Indonesia and Malaysia fighting in the jungles of Borneo, and, the Second Indochina War, also know as the American War.

We explore the final years of the war in Vietnam, which saw the US and their allies withdraw from the jungle war. We also look at the revolutions that started in Cuba and Columbia.
