
The travelling chef visits Dallas, heading to Southfork, the location made famous in the TV series Dallas. James gets a tour before cooking in the grounds of the ranch. Once in the heart of the city, James goes to the Texas State Fair and gets and peak at the preparations happening for the huge annual event. While there he tries two Texan classics - the corny dog followed by deep fried butter. After a deep-fried, fast food hit, James then visits the arts district with a culinary stop at one of the major players in the city's fine dining scene, The Flora Street Cafe
